This coffee hails from the well-known region of Costa Rica, Tarrazu, where high elevations create ideal growing conditions for strictly hard bean (SHB) coffee. Grown at 1,400-1,700 meters this coffee attains a balance of sweetness that is held smooth by the consistency of drier drums (vs. sun-dried). Floral notes are prolific in this coffee with white peach surfacing in the clean finish.
